Dress-Kart.com prides itself on the quality of its products and online shopping experience. Our products undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched to our customers. However, there may be some damage during transportation. We offer exchange policy if you are still not happy with your purchase due to any manufacturing defect. You simply have to return it to us and let us know your choice of replacement or exchange. All exchanges/returns must have the original tags attached. Items, worn, washed or those exceed the 7-day time period (7 days from the receipt of shipment) will NOT be returned or exchanged. Items with fur/ feather require extra care. Any loss of fur/ feather due to handling will not be accepted as manufacturing defect. On receiving the merchandise, please examine the colors, style and size first. Return is an easy 3-step process:
Step 1 - Let us know that you want to return the item
Simply e-mail us at customercare@Dress-Kart.com.com with subject line "Return Item". Please include the reason for your return and photograph of the defect, if any. Our customer care expert will analyze the defects and follow up with the instructions on how to return the item. Note: Your mail should reach us within 48hrs of the receipt of the goods at your end.
Step 2 - Ship the item to us
Use the original (or similar) box to pack the item. Use the shipping address provided to you by the customer care expert. IMP: The return shipment should reach us within 7 working days after conformation from customer care.
Step 3 - Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange / refund within 7-10 working days. Remember, our customer care specialists are always available to answer your questions on the merchandise and assist you with returns. Important Note: Returns will only be against Manufacturing defects, Dress-Kart.com reserves the final right to accept or reject the return request.
